Little Miss Long Locks
Sweet E is 3 1/2 and has not yet gotten a haircut. Bless her. But her hair is finally growing! The other day, I discovered I could braid her hair. And so I did. And I couldn't stop snapping pictures.

My Bearded Valentine
My husband has a great deal of facial hair these days, and I'm okay with that. It's just that when I see pictures of it, I'm still a little taken aback. Dear heavens, that's a huge beard.

January Inside
Here is a quick recap of some favorite indoor January moments here at Zenz Life.
H snuggles with Aunt Amy
AZ, I love you. You are the perfect father for our three baby girls.
Jet-Plane Mommy
A few weekends ago, I had the fabulous opportunity to visit my sister Carrie and brother-in-law Dan in Texas (and sister Amy flew in from California, too!). It was my first solo trip since...um, 2002. Every bit of it was lovely. And my sweet husband more than survived at home with the girls. He thrived, making most of every moment the weekend offered.

Bon Jovi, Baby
One of the many, many, many joys of being a parent is watching your kid sing songs you used to rock out to via cassette tape. My heart swells.

How I Wonder
New Year's Day. Right after naps. They may be a little sleepy, but they're nothing short of adorable.

Jesus, We Love You
Christmas 2010 was a beautiful celebration with our little family and friends. For the first time, we all-out whooped it up for Jesus on Christmas morning. We made cupcakes, sang, and wrote down the "gifts" we want to give Jesus this year (our love, our time, our delight, our helping hands, etc.). It was indescribably special, actually...a tradition we hope to continue each year. We are so thankful for our humble, merciful King. We would be lost without You.
Love from the not-so-civilized Zenz family!
